Does my student need EF coaching?

Any adolescent needing support with executive function skills can benefit from my coaching services. Embracing the diversity of our brains, a diagnosis is not required for services.

I do work with neurodivergent adolescents with ADHD, Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Neurodiversity is the idea that differences in how our brains work is a normal part of life. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed studying the unique ways our brains function.

Neurodivergent is a term used to describe folks whose brains function or process differently from the "typical" brain. This catch-all term includes autism, ADHD and learning disabilities.

Neurodivergent thinkers are in every classroom and workplace, but unfortunately, mainstream approaches to learning and productivity aren’t often designed with them in mind. My goal is to foster inclusion, reduce stigma, and help teens discover ways to thrive in their own way.

Why Choose Pacilio EF Coaching?

Effective Time Management

Neurodivergent adolescents often struggle with organization and time management. My coaching addresses these challenges and helps them develop effective time management strategies.

Proactive Priorization

Procrastination can hinder academic and personal growth. Through my coaching, adolescents learn to identify important tasks, organize their workload, and boost productivity at school and at home.

Mindfulness

Stress can be overwhelming for adolescents. My coaching equips them with tools to reduce stress and build resilience.

Assertive Self-Advocacy

Empowering adolescents to advocate for themselves is a crucial life skill. My coaching nurtures communication skills, allowing adolescents to clearly express their needs and thoughts with confidence and independence.

Self Management

Building confidence is at the core of my coaching approach. I guide adolescents in developing decision making-skills, a strong sense of self-assurance and belief in their abilities.

Parental Support

Parents are their kids’ first teachers and coaches; their involvement is key. My coaching includes resources and support for parents to effectively aid their child's development.

Success Stories

“As the daughter of two school teachers, I can confidently say that Catherine brings all the best characteristics to her role: kindness, empathy, joy, expertise, and passion. Catherine supported my son through 6th grade, and during that time we saw his love of learning, self-sufficiency, and confidence flourish. Catherine always communicated in a professional manner, and seamlessly partnered with our family and outside therapists to help my son reach his full potential.”
